Research is a natural part of what we do.
We can offer:
- A fresh and informed approach to your research project
- Interviewers trained and experienced in working in foodservice
- Channel specific research
- Quality targeted data
Business-to-business research that can be applied to:
- Attitudes and Opinions of companies and products
- Customer care monitoring
- Tracking and evaluation of direct mail, advertising and PR
- New product development and positioning
- Product sampling and evaluation
We apply a practical approach to all our research work and believe strongly that people (especially caterers) think in ideas, anecdotes and experiences rather than in numbers. By gathering and grouping these comments, a picture emerges of what customers really want and how they look at things. This approach is simply more reliable than the normal numerical approach and large samples which are not necessary.
User-friendly reporting styles to ensure that results are understood throughout the client company - many users of research are not trained in market research or statistics, but do need to understand the key results to be able to act on them
As part of our ongoing services, we excel at providing practical, value for money industry research. However, should you have very specific information needs, we are able to put together specialist teams of researchers and analysts to tackle even the most demanding task.
.
Our primary research process is tailored to individual markets and divided into two distinct methodologies:
- Qualitative interviews - opinion-based, these build knowledge about market trends, product preparation and usage, buying habits and business strategies.
- Quantitative interviews - fact-based, these determine market values, shares, volumes and pricing structures
Interpretation skills and added value, comes from our foodservice experience and ability to apply the knowledge gained into practical solutions. We aim to go 'beyond the obvious' and provide strategic insights that feed into senior level planning activities.
